FAQ

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use Forgot Password on Sign-in or contact the ERP Helpdesk with your Admission No. / Staff Code and registered phone/email.

Marks appear incorrect on my report.

Contact your Class Teacher first; they can raise a recheck request. The ERP keeps an audit trail for every edit.

How do I update my phone/email?

Go to ProfileEdit. Updates may require office verification before they reflect globally.

Why can’t I see payment options?

The Fees module may be disabled for your class/role. Please check with the school office.
